Are you passionate about the ocean? Learn how to share your knowledge and inspire new ocean stewards by volunteering in the Sant Ocean Hall at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History! We are recruiting a new volunteer cohort to facilitate marine science learning and engage museum visitors with our diverse marine collections.
Since 2008, the Sant Ocean Hall has inspired millions of visitors from around the world to learn about and care for our global ocean. As a volunteer you will spark conversations and facilitate hands on learning experiences that make the themes and collections in the Sant Ocean Hall come to life.

Join our team of museum educators, curators, and researchers working together to bring cutting edge ocean science and conservation solutions to visitors of all ages!
