On Wednesday, March 9, 2016, Ocean Leadership’s annual Public Policy Forum will be held at the Reserve Officers Association building on Capitol Hill. This year’s theme is Science and Solutions for a Resilient Ocean and will feature panels with experts from around the country and remarks by several Members of Congress. A draft agenda can be found on our website here. We will be investigating resilient fisheries, seeking to understand the ramifications of a changing ocean on the deep sea, and exploring the science tools needed for ocean resiliency. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and a reception will be held in the evening.
