Deep Earth Academy has teamed up with IRIS (Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology) to provide professional development in the Earth Sciences to teachers in Yuma, Arizona.  This multi-day event will include sessions by Dr. Stephen Schellenberg of San Diego State University, JOIDES Resolution tool pusher Joe "Bubba" Attryde, and School of Rock '07 graduate Joe Monaco of Redlands East Valley High School in Redlands, California.
